Accident Analysis & Consulting is an accident consultation and reconstruction firm that was started in 1993 by Chris A. Rathbun and Gary Hughes. Combined, we have over sixty-five years of traffic accident investigation and reconstruction experience.

We started Accident Analysis & Consulting because of an increasing need for the services of highly trained and experienced accident investigators - reconstructionists in Northern California. We are both California Licensed Private Investigators, PI # 18034. In 2003, we expanded our operation to provide private investigation services under the name AAc Investigations.

  • We provide qualified experts to aid you in technical and scientific analysis in accident reconstruction, preparation of cases for litigation, trial, or courtroom testimony. Both Gary Hughes and Chris A. Rathbun have testified several times in superior courts as expert witnesses.
